Firstly, we would like to wish you a very Happy New Year, and hope that you and your family have had a wonderful time over the festive period. We also want to take this time to say thank you for your continued support and business during 2021.
This is our first newsletter and what better time to begin as we welcome in the New Year. We wanted to take this chance to reflect on 2021 and look forward to commencing new and exciting projects in 2022.
Like many other businesses, we faced a few challenges in 2021 such as supplier issues, logistic complications and other covid related delays. Along with these delays, we dealt with isolation periods from clients and our install team, which meant our installation diary had to be very flexible. Unfortunately, some things are unforeseeable, and we wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for your patience if you were affected.
With new variants being discovered, we think more delays are inevitable in 2022 and our staff, and your safety is our first priority.
We are kindly asking both our installation teams and our clients to take a lateral flow test the day before the installation is due to commence and notify us of any positive results immediately. This will reduce any unnecessary contact and protect our teams and others. Where there are any doubts or concerns, we will accommodate you the best we can, should you wish to alter your install date.
We already have some amazing projects planned for 2022, which we are very excited to share.We have been working hard behind the scenes on our Showroom refurbishment and look forward to sharing more of this with you once the refurbishment is fully complete. Please keep your eyes peeled for a personal invite to the completed Showroom in Spring.
